Boca Vue Apartments

"My wife and I have been living at Boca Vue for the last 3 months. And it's a great experience overall. I'll share some concerns below, but here are the positives: 1) Management Office: Excellent team. Armani, Michelle, and Andrew. Very professional, prompt and efficient. 2) Apartment: We love the unit. It's excellent, and very well appointed. 3) Pool and Gym: Just great! 4) Lake Trail: Unfortunately MANY residents do not clean up after their pets. Often times there is pet waste on the concrete path. We live in front of the lake, and see people walk their dogs and not clean after them. THIS IS SO RUDE! 5) Speed limit: The property is huge and people tend to speed a lot in the parking lot. Children are not very safe to walkabout."

"I called this apartment while on my search for a new home. I received a call back from Armani following up on my inquiry and thank God he did. Armani listened to what i was looking for and what my concerns were. He took me for a tour of the actual apartment that was available and would fit my needs. I fell in love with it immediately. The application and move in process was a breeze and he, Michelle and Kanaii all followed up with me and answered any questions I had. They made it possible for me and my family. The professionalism and customer service is superb from this team. The amenities are amazing, not to mention that it is such a safe, clean and peaceful community. Everything is modern, spacious and up to date. Highly recommend this community."

"*Update* I just want to give a huge shout out to Santos. I've had a few minor work orders of simple things like the light bulb in the freezer going out. He has literally been there almost immediately once the work order is placed. He is friendly and kind and provides exceptional service. It's great to know when you live somewhere, if something minor happens the maintenance team will fix it right away. What a great experience I have had so far dealing with Michelle and Armani. They've both been so kind, welcoming and forthcoming. As somebody that is moving to an area that they haven't spent a ton of time in, it is so nerve-wracking to find the right complex for your move as your new home. I've looked at probably about 10 other places and this was the only one that had me feeling that it checked all the boxes. The whole process has been seamless and very smooth. Dealing with Armani over the past 2 weeks has been Great. He is very informative as well as has made me feel very comfortable in what could be a very stressful time. I look forward to moving and can't wait to enjoy all the beautiful amenities that Boca Vue has to offer"

Great and fast service, I recommend the place!! Also, the area is good, close to a lot of bakeries, restaurants, gas stations etc.."
