"This place is such a unique treasure. There are so many more free activities than anywhere else we saw. The lowest of monthly fees, being RESIDENT OWNED, & a mile from the gulf, make this the perfect package. Who could ask for better? Don't get me started on the magic of JUNKTIQUE. This gem helped me furnish my new place for pennies on the dollar. And I can't wait to get back to aerobics and yoga with my favorite girl, "Jammin with Jane". Activities I want to try in the fall are bocce ball, pickleball, bingo, water aerobics and who knows what else. I hope the monthly outtings are back up and running by then too. I miss our winter bike rides and I love the pool and hot tub too. I'll never ever be bored in my new home... unless I choose to be. I'm blessed to have stumbled into Japanese Gardens in Venice, FL. Did I mention that the residents are AWESOME?!"
"Perfect location, a mile and a half for Manasota Beach, 5 minutes to shopping and good restaurants. Japanese Gardens is a beautifully maintained adult Park. It has all the amenities that you could ask for. We liked it so much we purchased a home."
"Nice place. The house is an airb&b. House is big, open, 2 large bed rooms, 2 smaller ones very comfortable. Comes with every thing you want and the best part it has an in ground pool. Neighborhood is beautiful and well kept, and about 2 miles the beach."
"If you like living on top of a neighbor who when he coughs you can hear them next to you then this is the place for you the people are nice which makes everything worthwhile investment wise I don't know why anybody would buy a trailer I've been through that twice not once lost money twice and I own a home improvement company I made them quite beautiful they're not Investments they're just a place to live and if your budget says this is what you get then enjoy every bit of it it has a clubhouse you can make it whatever you need to make of it count your blessings every morning and enjoy your day"
