"They do not honor the room you book. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. We booked our reservation for 3 nights. We checked in on 02/16/2024. Motel gave us the wrong room and refused to put us in the correct one even after showing them the receipt of the booking that showed the correct deluxe room we paid extra for. Was promised follow up on Monday, February 19, 2024, (which was also the day we checked out) by the owner since the manager refused to do anything. It is now 02/21/2024 and I still haven't heard anything."
"Very easy to do business with. Last minute reservation and they were so nice. Gave me special treatment with my service dog and let me check in as soon as the room was ready. I will be back! Estefania was wonderful!!"
"For the location- you can’t find anything cheaper to lay your head. Unfortunately though there are long term residents on this hotel who act in suspicious weird behaviors and made me have a panic attack thinking there was a sex trafficking situation. It was absolutely terrifying. That situation aside- the room was okay for what I paid for it. Beds were comfy. Air was scent free. It worked for 2 nights. I called 911 while there and the cops came within minutes and addressed the issue. Nice area. Pool was warm and nice."
"This place was the best motel EVER!! Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff.. especially the assistant manager Stephanie!! She was one of the best parts of our stay always offering a helping hand and kind words. Thank you to all the staff at the motel 6 Venice, we were there for 6+ months until we got our house and we had to make that motel home for the time being, with the help of all of you that process was easier and more smooth. You guys are the best and we can’t thank you enough!! Sincerely, Your guests from room 125!"
"Very pleased with the renovation and upgrades. Comfortable King mattress, fresh linens, , clean towels, great shower and pressure. Bathroom lighting makes me look pretty. Fast WiFi, Large TV and and cable. New heated pool and outdoor lights makes you secure. Friendly staff and accommodating . A return guest for sure."
