"This is our 4th year staying at the Banyan House and we love it! Beautiful grounds and setting. Very clean, Rosie, Brett and Deanna go way beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome! Coffee and treats everyday! The Banyan House is also perfectly located, within 5 minutes of 2 beaches, downtown Venice, golf and tennis courts. Highly recommend!"

"5 stars across the board. Great safe location. One of the few places we’ve been that have decent well tuned hybrid bikes for guests. Convenient location and walkable to beach and restaurants. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Banyan House. Rosie and Brett are wonderful hosts. The room we had the pleasure of staying in was the Sun Deck Room. The kitchen was fully equipped to handle us if we chose to cook. We found snacks in the kit hen and a bottle of wine for our enjoyment. It was chilly during our stay, so we unfortunately did not get to enjoy our private entrance and our private deck. Our bed and pillows were comfortable. Rosie and Brett were responsive and helpful. My husband and I walked everywhere. Close to beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We checked out, left the area and I could not find my AirPods. I called Rosie and her manager found them and put them away for me. I can’t thank them enough. Most importantly, Rosie, if we could purchase those pillows we would sleep so much better at home. Thank you for hospitality and a wonderful stay. When we visit Florida, the Banyan House will be our place to stay."
