"Since my move in date on January 11, 2024, I have been completely satisfied with my interactions with staff, as well as the overall structure of this newly built residence. From my first meeting with Trish, I have found Trish to be knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Stillwell’s operation, especially with regard to financial matters. More so, Trish presents a friendly demeanor, which makes one feel as if they are talking to a family member rather than a complete stranger. Each time I walk into her office with a question, Trish greets me with a heartwarming smile and a much appreciated sense of humor. In essence, Trish cares about her clients and extends herself beyond expectations. In terms of my initial encounters with Angel, I have found him to present a caring and cooperative eagerness to answer all my maintenance questions, as well as being extremely quick to complete any tasks as requested by this writer. After completing a maintenance assignment, it is not uncommon for Angel to stop by to ask if everything is working normally. Angel’s overall personality is more than friendly, accompanied by an exceptional expertise in maintenance matters. In summary, although I am a new resident, I am nevertheless a satisfied resident of this community."
"Trish was awesome! Even on days where I had to call 4-5, sometimes 6 times (sorry Trish) she was happy to help with getting me moved in! Kyle was great too. Can’t wait to be a part of Stillwell!"

"Stillwell is an amazing area in Wellen Park. It is wonderful being able to have so many opportunities to explore different things like restaurants and shops, as well as being walking distance!
