Tropia Wellen Park Apartments

"I love living here. Tropia apartments are awesome, all the amenities are amazing, great location I enjoy going for walks with my dog morning and evenings, so much things to do and neighbors are really friendly, I waited months to be able to live here, the staff is great, we worked with Maggie since we were interested and she was great, always giving us all the information we needed and showing us the place, everything went pretty easy with her. Update: I have 3 months living here and everything keeps going great I love the differents events they always do. All my neighbors are great"

"Living in Wellen Park is super nice and convenient and the amenities that Tropia offers are amazing. But for the apartment itself the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors entire conversation we hear our neighbors having “fun time” every single night and are woken up to it. We had family members stay in the guest suites that the apartment offers and all they heard was a baby crying all night. We moved into our apartment and our countertops weren’t finished the office told us they would be completed in a few weeks and it’s been 5 months and they still aren’t done. Being so close to Wellen Park we have had teenagers ding dong ditch us several times on our ring camera. I understand living in an apartment comes with noise I’ve lived in plenty of apartments and have never had an issue with neighbors and noise. Very disappointing considering how much rent is here."

She went above and beyond to answer our questions and took us to whatever we wanted to see. She explained everything in the paperwork for the application and a joy to work with. Tropia checks all the boxes with amenities and even a few bonus one’s with a dog wash station, golf simulator, and a complimentary spray and wash for your vehicle. "Tropia Wellen Park is a excellent place to live and play. Great community pool and clubhouse. Nice amenities including a theater. The apartments have 3 stories and and elevators!!! We moved here in May and love it. The staff is terrific, friendly and very helpful. Did I mention kid and pet friendly????"
