"I lived here for 2 years (2019-2021) and the only thing good about this place was the other tenants were pretty nice and also quiet, and it’s in the island as well. Other than that the rest of the apartment isnt worth it. When I first moved in there was a woman who was in the office from 9-5, but once the property management changed after a month I moved in the office person disappeared and maintenance stopped showing up, also they stopped accepting money orders and only allowed online payments. And again when I moved the property management changed again. Also, the washers and dryers you pay for kept breaking and wouldn’t be repaired for weeks. Along with that, the water bill is crazy high, especially considering I only had me and one other person living in my unit and the water bill averaged around $200-$400 a month. Also the central air didn’t really work that well, leaving many rooms feeling untouched and still hot. Along with that, when I lived there a downstairs tenant and her family got flooded due to the water heater from being so old, and she had to fight tooth and nail just to get put into another unit, which started to have problems as well. And when she called the emergency line given no one answered. Lastly there were roaches and a rat problem when I lived there. Yes the place looks renovated but there are a lot of problems there."

"Kaitlyn was great to work with on securing an apt. She was always on top of every detail through the application process. Doing everything with a smile! The management team was also responsive in a timely issue I had with my application. The apts were adorable, spacious, and very clean! Couldn’t be happier with my experience!"

"I have lived here since the new ownership and I love it. It's a major upgrade from my 1 bedroom, and my son loves having his own room. All the appliances are stainless, energy efficient and were brand new when I moved in. The hardwood floors are so nice, much easier to clean and I have never had more storage than I do here! The kitchen has so many cupboards and a pantry, I have 2 walk in closets, which have an automatic light when I open the doors, a reach in closet with 3 sliding doors and a linen closet. The office and leasing managers are so fantastic, especially Katelyn and Donna. Donna gave me my original tour and I knew I didn't need to look elsewhere. Any maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly and Katelyn and Donna always stay in touch to update me. Katelyn is super friendly and approachable and does her absolute best to meet tenants needs. One of my favorite little extra touches on my apartment is the color of the paint. It's a gorgeous light grayish almost purple, which is unusual for rentals here. I will definitely be resigning and staying as long as I can. I want to add that the on site laundry is excellent and that Donna and the entire staff are incredibly kind and efficient. It's affordable for the island and so large. I moved in without the upgrade of granite countertops. However I was given the option. I just really loved everything exactly how it was and is and the countertops I have are excellent. Also, the tenants are mostly families, and friendly. Not overly so but I've made great friends as has my little 3 year old boy! Thanks Katelyn, Donna and Christine....and chuck!"

"I must say that the new company/owners Have been making great improvements. I have lived her for couple yrs and they have really turned this place around. The staff, all of them have been very attentive to any kind of maintaince issues. An example .... I was having A/C issues 2 days later had a brand new unit installed. Great people live here as well. It is very quite. Im glad to a resident here."

"The Rialto apartments have done a great job updating the units. I recently moved into one of the newly renovated units and I absolutely love it. While doing the application process I dealt directly with Caitlyn and she was extremely professional and pleasant during the whole process. She contacted me throughout the whole process keeping me updated on on the progress and even was willing to work on her day off. The leasing office is lucky to have such a wonderful employee."
