"The community is so welcoming. The pool area is relaxing, I could stay here all day. The deck is always clean and the pool is definitely tended to. The dog area is definitely a huge plus! It is not easy to find places that accepts pets, but to also have a play area for them is truly rare. I would definitely recommend visiting here when looking for a place in the area!"

"Horrible Apartments. People above up were manufactured llc large parts 12 hours a night. No soundproofing in ceiling. Talked to management was like a dead ear.! Found used needles in hall. Sewer drains in hallway stink.Horrible Management.security gates did not work over a one year ago. No security at all. No cameras in hallway.Dangerous being off I75.Dont plan on getting deposit back even when we had a professional cleaning service when we moved out. Many inspectors notice not given you would get 3 day period not given what day or time they were coming to your apartment.Horrible 14 months. USArmy war veteran."

"I've been a resident since August 2023 and must say very pleased with the Management Staff. Have not had any maintenance issues, just a few other hiccups along the way which Tina Parker, Community Director and Heather, Leasing Manager resolved promptly. Each building having four floors and have never had a problem with the elevators not working. The Hallways are always kept clean and washed down. Trash pick-up has never missed a day on the times it has been scheduled. My only complaint is with the number and size of the dogs. I am finding myself having to schedule a time to walk my dog because he is so protective over me and not accustomed into apartment living. Happy that I chose Venice Isles as my place to live despite the negative reviews do to the previous management staff. - Patricia"

"Staff is amazing and very friendly! Dina and Heather were very responsive to my questions and made the move for me and my daughter extremely stress free!! I was also very impressed that on the first day of moving in, Jason (maintenance) stopped by while I was unloading items to see how everything was and even took the initiative to replace the garage door lock right then. We are so excited to call Venice Isles our home!"

"I live on the first floor , the fourth floor smoke ! Iv complained about them, throwing the cigarette butts down and the garbage they threw down around my porch to the office three times and they don’t do anything cigarette butts are all over the place , I was told they are short handed and getting ready apartments to rent out… and that just a start add a lot more cigarette butts and garbage to the picture….halls are filthy, aggressive breeds of dogs that bite the smaller dogs live here! The doors jar every time someone closes their door down the hall , that’s every apartment, not just mine , you can hear everything upstairs! Pool step is cracked ! Lots of vacancies here! They raise rent 400$ after one year ! Plan on hearing everything ABOVE you , nasty halls .. and they will not do anything in the office! Lots of people moving out !! Oh wait till someone pulls the fire alarm just for fun …oh and the dogs that bite in here .. I got bite along with my 15 lb dog … they didn’t do anything"
