"Zach and Carla have been a life saver during this transition to the Gulf Coast rental system. Every time I asked Zach a question he responded right away. There was a learning curve for me on the new Gulf Coast rental system. I had one particular issue where I saw Queen bed in description of my 1273 Siesta Bayside Drive details online and Zach and Carla were seeing King bed which was correct. A Visual is worth a thousand words. I stopped in office and Carla said " let's take a look together". She immediately saw the issue. I was looking one place and Zach and Carla was looking another. She said let me see if I can fix it. She immediately corrected the Queen bed in the description, and I learned I should scroll down further into the page to BED . Carla also was able to unblock a short period on my calendar for beginning of 2024 and 2025. Zach had unblocked my calendar from April 2024 to end of 2024 after my current rentals from old system. It is possible the 2025 calendar was not open when Zach and I were working on unblocking calendar. Bottom line, both Zach and Carla are quick to respond on any issue, and both are eager to help no matter how trivial my question may be. "Firstly, we had a wonderful experience with our rental in February with Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, in fact they were able to find us a last minute rental when our previous rental fell through at the last minute. Our experience was so good we decided to rent a property with them for February 2024, but u fortunately we had to cancel this reservation for health reasons. Gulf Coast was great in helping us through this cancellation and making arrangements to minimize the loss of our deposit. They have great to work with and we would highly recommend them as your go to source for vacation rentals. We plan to go through them again for our next rental. Thanks again!"

"Upon my arrival I found multiple issues with the property and cleanliness. I stayed for three weeks and many simple things such as soaps, bed sheets, and even laundry detergent were not properly available for a restful stay. To start, the alarm sensor at the door was broken with a missing battery. The bathroom had dusty shelves and the lights weren't working at all. Completely dark. No bar soaps or shampoos either. There were empty Cleanex tissue boxes, a missing piece of the blinds, and a broken ice maker. Filthy and messed up sheets that were supposed to be folded for usage. One of the remote controls didn't work. There was an entirely empty laundry detergent bottle, I was staying for three weeks and obviously need to wash my clothes more than once at least. The cleaning service that was scheduled for before 6 pm was banging on the door at 8:30 pm. 1 set of bed sheets delivered in the wrong size, queen size when I had a king size bed. The only clock there was broken, after the battery replacement only one of the clock hands started working, but not the other one. Aside from the bathroom lights, Gulf coast management never responded properly or resolved any of the other issues. I also had many phone calls with Dan Canad Carlos and Georgie Griffith with them promising that the issues would be resolved, however no action was taken. I have picture evidence of everything, especially with loaded with germs and diseases bed sheets , there’s a picture of the delivered wrong size bed sheets and please pick up the phone because I called at least 30 times and there’s no response mister OWNER"
