"We have lived here for 3 years (as of October 2023). When we moved in, the property was known as Tapestry Town Center, under a different management group. We started in a 1-bedroom our first year and upgraded to a 2-bedroom when our first lease was up. We loved the Tapestry team…and have grown to love the Nexus team as well. It was initially a little rocky with the change in management, but Yolanda and her team were able to smooth things out as soon as possible. We love the whole team! Yolanda, Samantha, and Sarah are always ready to help with a smile and always have time to chat. Jonathan and his maintenance team are the best in the business. They keep the community running well and looking great! We also greatly appreciate the Courtesy Officers who keep our community safe. As for the apartment, it is well-appointed with nice appliances (full size washer/dryer is awesome) and modern details (subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, laminate floors, tiled shower in the primary bath, walk-in closets). We love the location…close to Tampa without the chaos of the city and close to I-4 for our day trips to Disney World. Thankfully, we haven’t had many issues with unusually noisy neighbors. On the off occasion there has been an issue, it is always addressed immediately. If you are looking for a nice place to live with a friendly and caring staff, look no further than Nexus Brandon."

"I lived at Nexus for a year and it was not an easy goodbye. I loved living here, Sarah and Sam made me feel like a part of the family and took the time to get to know me over the course of my lease. I developed a great relationship with all of the members of their team and felt comfortable reaching out to them with any questions or concerns. If I could have renewed my lease, I absolutely would have! The amenities are amazing and the complex is beautiful. They coordinate events like wine nights, cook outs, fitness classes, food trucks, and more. Highly recommend moving here!!"

"It's a Journey and a Destination I have had the pleasure of making Tapestry Town Center my home. When I started looking in this area (actually before Tapestry even opened) all the surrounding apartments were exactly as I remembered them - bland, small, with review after review talking about parking battles and staff that don't care. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this property and everything about my interactions with the place and the staff let me know this would be the only place I wanted to call home. Months before I was ready to move in I made a call and spoke with Danielle. She was patient, helpful, answered all of my questions and sent me video walkthroughs of the unit I was interested it. I got friendly emails checking on me and letting me know of various move in specials they were offering. When I sold my house and was finally ready, Aaron was nothing less than spectacular in matching me with my home. I say this because as we were touring the unit I "knew" I wanted, he was listening to me talk about my day-to-day life with work and my family, and on his own suggested I look at a unit with another size and layout. I was hesitant and thought I was appeasing him. Little did I know that Aaron knew exactly what would fit my family best. Everything about the apartment I'm in feels like it was made for us. Before I officially selected the actual apartment I would live in, I wanted to bring my son back to tour the place and get his feedback. Again, all the staff were so accommodating. Bryant was patient and thorough, touring both sides of the property and ensuring my son had the opportunity to ask any questions. I got to see the exact unit I was interested in and made an appointment to come back in a couple days to sign my lease. Aaron walked me through everything required to lease here and looked just as happy as I did when he handed me my keys and fobs. I have been to the office a couple times and I'm greeted by everyone with the same enthusiasm. It doesn't feel like it's customer service coming from them - it feels like they are part of the community I live in. I've had several people drop by and all of them are amazed at the apartment interiors - nothing about this place is typical. Today, there was a card in my mailbox - all the staff signed it with "Welcome Home" written in big bold letters. In such uncertain times, it's wonderful to see, feel and experience professionals that care."
