"Place is a dump, should be bulldozed to the ground. Infested with roaches & termites. Cabinets, floors, everything falling apart, wood rotting. Just to name a few things. Good luck getting any help from maintenance."
"Infested with roaches! Poor maintenance staff! Leasing staff isn’t the best. Apartments are falling apart inside, shelves will break, faucets constantly fall off, etc. Very cheap maintenance fixes! This place should be shut down as a safety hazard. Way overpriced for what little you get. No laundry in unit or laundry hook ups in apartments which makes them worse. The laundry room in on another property and always has broken machines that eat your quarters. Do not waste your money at this dump"
