"New resident. Hallways are dirty. Residents leaving trash outside their door. Buildings are old and has parts falling off. This has to be a safety hazard. I will be reporting this to the city to check for any code violations. Stairwell has cracks. Unit has a lot of sloppy areas done during painting. The community needs lawn maintenance. Very upsetting. Please do better for your residents."

"Living in this apartment for the past four years has been a continuous struggle due to a persistent leak in the master bedroom. Despite my numerous maintenance requests – over 10 to be exact – management has consistently failed to prioritize or resolve this issue. Look at my beautiful view."

"This place has the most awesome Staff and General Manager (who happens to be really pretty too). The surrounding properties in this area seemed so "unkept", but this place stands out! You can tell that they care about appearance and maintenance. Speaking of, the maintenance manager is very professional and dependable. They take their business seriously!"

"I was a resident from 4/19/22-5/18/23 and never had any issues regarding the apartment or my lease until the end of November 2022. Asprey employees will alter your lease without your knowledge or consent and take away your lease access without notifying you of the changes they made. They will attempt to lock you out/change the locks, tell you not to email management what’s going on otherwise they will personally reach out to your employment for reasons why, I’m not even sure. They will tell you you’re taken off the lease and still require you to pay rent, give you misinformation, that of which is proven, regarding utilities, roommate release forms, the process of getting off the lease, my personal access to the lease, having the knowledge of potential squatters in relation to my former roommate who is a current employee at Asprey, etc. All of the occurrences I encountered when living here are documented via email with the property managers. Most times, I never even got a response. All emails I've sent to management have been nothing but civil and professional. However, I could never get the same respect in return. Anytime an issue was brought to managements attention, a solution was never offered. They support any and all misinformation provided as well by all employees. Their lack of communication astounds me. No one should be using the power of their job to take advantage of any situation. The employees in the leasing office will be nice to the highest degree and you would never think twice about their actions when you go to view apartments, just for you to sign the lease and make commission off of you. I can’t speak on what they’ve said, done, or how they handled other situations outside of my own. However, I sincerely hope everyone proceeds with caution when applying here."
