"Don’t let the photos fool you! Looks nothing like the photos displayed on the website. Maintenance? Not sure they understand what that requires. Dish washer won’t work, garbage disposal stays clogged. Dryer outlet hangs out of the wall (fire hazard) let’s not forget the Black Mold!! I have had visits to the Dr with upper respiratory issues. You can put a request in and they come look and say they will fix it and still never have fixed the issues. Please shop around as you will not be satisfied at all. Ask many current residents first. The excuse is always we have new management or new maintenance members. However the issues have still not yet be addressed."

"The complex is in a great area and close to shopping centers and restaurants. It’s also very convenient to downtown Tampa as well as the beaches. However…..the down side is that the maintenance is VERY SLOW. I’ve had to call Hillsboro code enforcement in order to expedite issues like no hot water. These apartments are NOT CHEAP. I shouldn’t have to call an outside agency in order to get HOT WATER after 7 days! They don’t address the homeless problem. The pools have bathrooms, showers and cabanas that are very attractive and accessible to the vagrants. I pay for those amenities and I’m too grossed out to use them. As much as I love the area, I won’t be renewing my lease."

"Please DO NOT RENT HERE! I have never in my life encountered such a nasty living condition. This place is the nastiest, roach infested place ever. I have constantly complained and asked for my apartment to be sprayed. It is due to the nasty trash pile up everywhere in here. They have the audacity to make rent sky high to live in a dump. They make all these new rules but refuse to fix the problem. They also know there is an infestation because I have them on camera laughing about the painters "painting over the dead roaches" they do not inform the residents either. I'm sure so people are just nasty and live a certain way but this property needs to be torn down or tented. With all the money they charge im sure they can afford it."

"Poor maintenance response. I reported a leak in my bathroom sink on Nov 15. Still not fixed as of Jan 24. Today I reported that my toilet will not flush because the arm the chain attaches to is rusted out and there is nothing to attach it to. How long will this take to fix. I pay the same rent as the nicely renovated apartments with new appliances and hard floors, but I have carpet that needs replacing and very old appliances. How is this fair? Be aware of the "classic" Floorplan. What it means is they've bated you the the pretty shiny photos but you'll be given the apartment without the renovations. Oh, and you can't see it in advance."

"My AC still not fix, rude staff members which was report via email to the GM but she never replied to even show interest, keep charging for rental’s insurance when I showed proof I have it. The outside is nasty, breezeways full of garbage ducks are now picking through it. The water fountain in the pond doesn’t work. The management shows no concern, the maintenance is sorry the list goes on and on. My floors has dips feels as if I’m going to fall on the second floor, they pulled old carpet up to try to fix it but it was a poor job and the same carpet they sat outside for days as they were working that was also already down for two year back down. The dishwasher is not securely installed, the dryer has to run 3 times to dry a small load. They fixed my toilet finally giving a new one because it was old and leaning left a whole in the wall did not seal it. The money paid to make rent does not match the way we live. The appliances are old including the sliding glass doors. I think the rent needs to go down so we as residence can fix up what we need to be comfortable in our space of living. I don’t like inviting anyone over it’s just not up to date nor clean. I hope one day they’ll get it together and I’m looking into leaving when my lease is up. I have seen so many move in and out within 60 day period and I see why. It will take a lot of money hard working folks to rebuild this place. It’s like the projects"
