"I have lived here for 5+ yrs, finally I bought a home, the management here are great people, it just takes a while before they fix anything and I decided to leave when the roaches decided to fight back and no maintenance for critters here."
"I lived there in the late 1980's and it was an okay place then. Nice and quiet. The manager was nice but a bit old-fashioned trying to tell me I could not have overnight sleepover guests of the female sex. No worries I said, I'm gay. She got kinda mad when I would not contribute $5 to a BBQ event for the Neighborhood Watch ( I was not going to it anyhow). At the time her son was the maintenance man. I think he must have been on drugs but I don't know for sure."
"The unattended children Vandalizing personal property. Management does Nothing to Stop it. They shatter building materials all over the grounds & residents are getting sick of policeing wild children!"
