"I've had a series of disappointing experiences at Ironwood Flats that have compelled me to write this review. My primary concerns revolve around security, management responsiveness, and unexpected charges that have collectively contributed to an unsettling living environment. Security Concerns: The lack of effective security at Ironwood Flats is deeply concerning. A particularly alarming incident occurred on December 30th around 11 PM, when I encountered visitors who were not only unauthorized but also intoxicated and aggressively threatened to fight me when I politely asked them to leave the premises. Despite the urgency of the situation, my calls for assistance went unanswered by both security and emergency maintenance. This neglect is not just disappointing; it's a glaring neglect of resident safety and peace of mind. Management Issues: Dealing with the management, particularly Cassie Welches, has been a challenge. Responses to suggestions or complaints are virtually non-existent, which is frustrating. My attempts to dispute a fine were met with inflexibility and threats of late fees, which seems unfair and unprofessional. Financial Nickel-and-Diming: Living here feels like being constantly nickel-and-dimed. From unjustified fines to charges from a dubious poo prints company that supposedly tests dog saliva instead of actual waste, leading to false charges on my account. This not only questions the integrity of the services but also adds unnecessary financial strain. Construction Hazards: The ongoing construction within the complex is another significant issue. It's not only a constant inconvenience but also a safety hazard for both residents and their pets. Living amidst a construction site without adequate safety measures is unacceptable. Overall: My experience at Ironwood Flats has been far from satisfactory. The lack of security, poor management communication, unreasonable charges, and unsafe living conditions have made my stay here regrettable. I hoped for a comfortable and secure living environment but have instead found myself dealing with a series of preventable issues. I strongly advise potential residents to consider these factors seriously before deciding to live here. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. The 1 star goes to the Maintenance team who have promptly responded to my requests. 5 stars for them!"

"Even though we have amazing amenities and apartments the real reason our community is 5 star worthy is because of our amazing residents. It gives me such peace of mind knowing I have such kind hearted neighbors and staff members throughout the community."

"On 10/23/23 I was heading out to work at approximately 3:30AM and there was 2 masked men in all black attempting to break into vehicles, from previous reviews this isn’t the first time this has taken place. I have yet to see ANY security on the premises that was supposed to be on duty after a big pool party that was thrown here. So for anyone that leaves out early morning hours be very aware of your surroundings! Other than the car group that sits outside until 11:00pm fixing their cars 5 days out of the week loud as hell you should be just fine. This is going to be very interesting once the new buildings are put up"
