"Me and my daughter lived here for two years. Overall, had a great experience; beautiful landscaping, nice pool, maintenance was prompt. Only issue was the insects. Giovanni, Edgar and Fransis are amazing people, very supportive, helpful, professional and approachable. Keep up the great work guys! Enjoyed my time here!"

"I lived here for a year, the floor plans are tiny and the prices are wayyyy too high. Traffic in the area is terrible, sirens can be heard 24/7 from the hospital next door. Office team and maintenance are so sweet and helpful and the neighbors were nice but my unit was just a wreck. I’ve truly never seen a roach infestation like it. I ended up have to buy caulk and reseal windows and crevices in the kitchen from the poor remodel. The place just needs a total gut to be honest. But it felt like home. We loved the critters that would visit the ponds. Not the best place I ever lived, not the worst."
