"I've been a resident here for a long time, and it's mainly because the great service I've received over the years. The front office staff, management, and especially the maintenance staff are friendly and always helpful, Ramon is the best! The few times that I've had issues, it was resolved the same day, and never any issues to follow. Additionally, the location is close to everything; 4 mins from Brandon mall, and less than 5 mins from all main highways and the crosstown."

"We've lived here for about 9 months and love it. The location is great, rent is reasonable, especially given how high it is in Tampa, and the maintenance staff is top tier. Especially Ramon and Pedro. They respond quickly (usually same day), are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and clean up their messes anytime they have to fix things. Far better than any other place we've lived!"

"The Service Staff / Maintenance Workers Are Very Professional , Courteous, Hard working at the Hamlin Lake Brandon Apartments. My brother has lived there for several years, Anytime he has a Service Request, It is Handled right away within 24hrs or Immediately within hrs. Most of the maintain request is done by Ramon, he is the Nicest person I've ever met A dedicated Hard Worker Always have a Smile, He will always make sure the job is complete, The Maintain Supervisor is Awesome Also making sure the tenants service requests are taken Care Of. If you are looking for a Clean, Safe place to live The Staff at the Hamlin Really Care about the tenants, And the up Keep on the Property and Inside your Apartment."
