"My toilet running and woke me !!!!! For a new place this apartment complex has some ghetto plumbing. I made so many maintenance calls. Ac stop’s working because it fills up with water. My master bedroom was flooded because the pip Burst. Non of my doors work Properly. The people that live above me sound like a pack of elephants. Loud barking dogs, fire alarm’s , and Constant construction and emergency vehicles being called out. I told the off three times that my fire alarms not going off!!!!! The garage has Rodent feces in it and was not cleaned out before they rented it to me with the previous residence items."
