"We’ve recently moved in and aside from the natural chaos of moving with a seven month old, the staff consisting of Jesse, his leasing Manager Janice and the maintenance supervisor Lester and his handy man Jaime all worked together to make this experience a memorable one. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to rally around us and support our every need. 10 stars!"

"Mostly, this has been the best community we've lived in. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and good, and the office staff is pleasant and helpful. Customer service is a big deal to us and you can't get much better than the staff at Blue Heron. Our only complaints are that we have neighbors smoking cigarettes for most of our almost two-year time here and their smoke comes straight up into our home. Really not good. We wish there was a more definitive way to put a stop to this. Signing a contract does not dissuade people. Also, we have had a big problem with a resident parking his work truck in front of the building. This absolutely should not be allowed. Resident work trucks/vans should be required to park beside buildings. It looks so trashy for it to be out front, and we've had trouble getting in and out of our garage because of it. He leaves unmarked ladders sticking out as well. Otherwise, we appreciate everyone working here and are grateful we have a home here."

"This place is absolutely gorgeous! There are SO many amenities, more than any other place I’ve toured. The application process is very easy! The units are absolutely gorgeous. I love that you get access to all amenities on both sides of the property no matter which side you stay on. They even have a cute little walking bridge that connects the two properties so residents can go back & forth as you please. The bridge is right over a lake with a view of a gorgeous fountain. Also, Brittany is by far the best leasing agent I’ve ever come across. She was very thorough while guiding us on a tour and answered all questions we had with ease. She really went above and beyond working with us to find a unit that worked best for us. She is also very responsive and provides any information you need. Even when the office is busy, she will always get back to you as soon as she can. The prices are pretty fair considering how much you’re getting & how updated the units are on both sides. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place with lots of things to do around your home. They even have a nature walking preserve and car detailing areas !!! So great. Definitely ask for Brittany to help you tour and find your perfect unit!"

"We are very happy with our new Blue Heron home at Shoreline (Lake Las Vegas). Lindsay, sales director, turned a difficult situation into a very positive one with her finesse and great listening skills. Our walk thru process was easily the best we've experienced in the last twenty years of buying new homes. The construction team did a great job of getting the house finished with near perfection. Hats off to Aaron and Baltazar. The customer service team took us through a thorough walk thru process. Literally we touched every wall! Thank you Luis and Jody. During the walk thru process we found some paint work etc that needed attention. Within a week, the majority of the issues have been resolved thanks to Igor and team. We can't say enough about our overall experience with Blue Heron. The individuals we have interacted with are great people who care deeply about our experience as customers."
