"Moved in 3 months ago, first time in Bradenton and this place feels already like home. My dogs love the area and open green space, we’ve full clarity and support from the staff, quick response for any issue. The working staff is always nice and bilingual, we got night security and make us feel safer even though we haven’t seen any signs of crime or anything related."
"I’ve lived here for last three months it’s been a more than a pleasant experience the Pool and barbecue area is my favorite my kids really enjoy it. The units and clean spacious and quiet. The residents are peaceful and respectful I’ve had no issues at all. And the fact they have and armed guard that lives in the complex who does a nightly patrol of the whole property provides great peace of mind he is also available to respond to any complaints ,threat ,or suspicious activity at anytime is so great I’ve seen him respond to multiple complaints at three in the morning on weeknights and weekends with no fear to his personal safety. This man commands respect and problems run when they see him come I fear for and person who come to this complex and try to disturb our peaceful living and cozy lifestyle …GOOD LUCK….all this makes for a community that is happy safe and welcoming Place to live so happy to be here."
"This place was great a year and half ago. Since new management has taken over they installed new search lights that blind you while sitting on your balcony at night. The newer residents they are renting too are party people. So If you like booming radio systems playing 24 hours a day and you have blackout curtains for your windows even at night you’ll be right at home. Very sad."
