"I moved in a couple months ago and it has been a great experience so far. The office staff Jessica and Megan are wonderful, and The Maintenance guys Moe and Brent are exceptional. We always get are service request completed quickly and they are all doing improvements to the property. I would recommend this place to call home for anyone looking!"
"I love my home at Aaron lake apartments. I have been here going into two years and I haven’t had a single issue. Jessica is the manager here and she has made sure that all of my maintenance issues have been taken care of within a day. I’ve never lived anywhere that a manager cares so much and the maintenance team responds so quickly. You will never live in another apartment complex where your problems are taken seriously and dealt with almost immediately. It’s very comforting knowing I have a manager who cares and a maintenance team who responds quickly."
"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AARON LAKE APARTMENTS TO ANY PROSPECTIVE TENANTS. I've lived at Aaron Lakes for 2 years in building 4060 on the ground floor with views of the pond and fountain. During that time, I was extremely happy with "every" aspect of my apartment and the quiet Aaron Lake community. MOST ESPECIALLY, Jessica (the property manager) and Mo (the Grounds Supervisor) work very well together and do an EXCEPTIONAL job in responding to all tenant needs and questions. Quite often I would receive an email response from Jessica within an hour, and Mo would come right over to see what needs to be fixed or replaced. The landlord, Pedcor Company, does an excellent job of keeping the units updated and like new. They are not cheap landlords. Many items in my unit were replaced during the 2 year period without ever having to ask (my front door; bedroom window; bathroom faucet; washer/dryer; and garbage disposal; ). "5 Stars" for Aaron Lakes Apartments, Jessica and Mo. No doubt about it!"
"I moved here almost a month ago now with my boyfriend. We are more than happy with this place! It's right off of Cortez but nicely tucked away from the busy traffic. The front office and maintenance are super helpful, and the apartment itself is very modern and nice. I'm very glad I found this apartment complex! The lake is beautiful as well, with lots of wildlife to see every day."
