"I lived here from 2017-2021. The location is fantastic, the staff are helpful, the amenities are good. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. If I ever needed maintenance at my apartment there was always someone available to look at my concerns. Requesting maintenance, and paying your monthly rent is made easy by them utilizing an app that has everything in one place. Across the street from the apartment is a trail that leads to a city park with tons of things to do. The gym at the place is fantastic. All around, my stay at Echo Lake was exceptional! It is in my opinion, the best apartment complex in the area. Take a tour, and definitely consider this as a place to stay! Edit: they have a dog park, a place for kids to play, and a place to wash your car w/ vacuum!"

"I have been here for 2 years, therefore amenities are great, maintenance team take care of the requests promptly, there are some great families here and my kids have made great friends. But I am leaving this review for Cleo, staff member at the office. Ive lived in a few different states in apartment complexes and have had to dealt with careless staff. Cleo always answers the phone promptly, if she misses the call, she actually calls back!! and treats me like I just moved here last week for any needs I may have. She is very sweet, attentive, and listens, if she doesn't know the answer she gets back to me with it."

"Where do we begin… Phenomenal staff immediately greeted us upon entry on the day of our tour. Attentive, friendly & welcoming. We sat down with Cleo who reviewed details of what we were looking for. After just a few short moments we were off to tour a couple different available units. The beautiful golf cart Cleo took us on around the property was a fun time! Very well maintained grounds, stunning beach style saltwater pool, grilling area with a massive bar for entertaining, huge pool tables, coffee bar, MASSIVE, well equipped 24/7 gym!!!! Thank you for your seamless help through this process, Cleo! We are so happy we have decided to call Echo Lake at Lakewood Ranch our new home.
