"It was good tilly upstairs neighbors, to no fault of their own, had a water leak. It's fixed but the closet filled with water which is now moldy and the bathroom ceiling and wall is coming in. Which brings me to the rats that the water has apparently attracted rats. Which their solution for was a can of rat repellent. Ummm.... Do not recommend"

"I regret signing another year with these people. They never fix anything!!! There's a constant leak with my ac unit. Currently experiencing water seaping through my baseboards in the living room. I bet they'll try to get me for the water damage on the baseboards. Pretty sure theirs mold growing behind the walls. Stay away unless you're okay with living in these conditions."

"We moved here from northern NH and the photos on the website are nothing like the actual place. The laundry rooms are constantly trashed with most machines not working. The grounds are disgusting and everyone leaves trash and cigarette butts around. The pool is closed constantly and almost always dirty. We have lived here for two months and one of our toilets still doesn’t work after asking almost every day when it was going to get fixed. The cabinet under our sink is a giant hole which has also not been fixed and causing a cockroach problem. We have had cockroaches since we moved in. If it wasn’t 3,000 dollars to terminate our lease we would In a heartbeat. The security gate is still broken so that’s a luxury you’re paying for that you don’t actually have. People party in the parking lot until 6am even after the “night security” gets called. Place is gross and absolutely deceiving. Wouldn’t recommend. Update as of 10/10/2022: gate is still not fixed. Even though below it’s stated they have started to fix it."

"I liked living here from 2018-2019 however, when I left I left the unit clean w/ no damages and the property charged me $1000+ to "rent recovery solutions" and I got it disputed off my credit then they put it on AGAIN for $2,000. I have proof of how the unit looked when I moved out. It was spotless w/ no damage and I did not owe the office prior to leaving. I do not understand why I was charged for damages at all and still dealing with this when I moved out 2+ years ago."

"My husband and I moved here a few months ago. We were so excited about our apartment because it seems even nicer than the model was- gray/brown vinyl wood floors, granite-looking counter tops, and completely clean! The people in the office are always nice to me. Occasional loud neighbor but that's not a big deal. Maintenance has been pretty good at fixing any problems within our apartment. Community amenities however are a different story. It appears the gates aren't going to be fixed which isn't a huge deal since security patrols at night. The gym isn't worth much if you're a weight lifter (machines don't operate correctly and there's no free weights), and the pool has been drained since the hurricane. I realize it can be difficult to fix so I understand if it's just taking a long time but if it becomes the new gates and doesn't get fixed, we will move. We wanted an apartment for the amenities as opposed to renting a home but since all the amenities are down it's just not worth the price. Update: the pool has been fixed"
