"I toured a few months back and liked the unit that was shown to us. Came back to apply and once approved. The move in process went smoothly. Rachel is really professional and nice. Maintenance staff are quick and efficient. Everything looks good so far."
"They force you to pay for parking and then never enforce towing random people in your paid for spot. Always closed on weekends, never available for working people. Update. I've already had reached out to the manager and property. I sent emails with pics of the cars with expired tags and no guest stickers. Weeks ago. They did nothing. The managers of this place do not care."
"WARNING! READ BEFORE VIEWING OR MOVING INTO PROPERTY. this place is absolutely disgusting. It was a waste of time to even view it. Pictures look nothing like in person. Every unit they showed us had mold. The first one had clear water damage and smelled moldy. The second one was allegedly in the nice villas and those also were what I would call paint on a pig. None of the mold is visible but it has clear signs of hidden mold. Trust me I know from personal experience. If you are a current tenant run an ERMI test, you will see. And if you are a current tenant or were one, and you have mystery symptoms… you have mycotoxins illness. Just save your time and go somewhere else"
"Jim was polite and very professional. He gave us our tour on time and was considerate of our time as well. The apartment and complex was very clean. I appreciate the company having accurate information from the website and going to the office in person. Once we got the approval to move in, everything went smooth. There were no issues with the apartment and the one very minor detail was fixed immediately. Would recommend to others."
