"When I first applied for a rental apartment, the office staff was so courteous and professional, it made me feel like this was the place meant for me. After I moved in, the entire staff went above and beyond to help me organize all my personal utilities and be as proficient as I could be to keep track of everything. No previous place has ever been as helpful and kind as the Palm Cove rental office. Personal thanks to Heather, Nicole, and the entire maintenance staff for making my transition easy as can be!"
"I have lived here for a year and a half. I absolutely love it. The grounds are kept up amazing from all of the maintenance guys. The girls at the leasing office are very helpful and friendly. The pools are amazing including the hot tub. They also have an amazing gym and tennis court. Great location and community."
