"Nice location, a great school zone, near most stores. Great staff. So far nice neighbors. Close to I4 for going to Orlando. The apartment's general area was kept clean. Safe neighborhood. Kids friendly."

"Terrible management and maintenance service. I lived there for almost two years. I moved out because my unit was infested of termites that was the perfect chance to get rid of this place without paying the penalty for breaking the leasing. Anyways, management is terrible, I remember when I had an issue and the office people yelled at me in front of my kid. This place is a nightmare since they changed management. Manager is extremely unprofessional, she is very rude, always has an attitude."

"Move while you can!!! This place is so low class. Once you move out they will hit you with these crazy fees and have someone mess up the apt for them to charge you. Take videos before you move out and make sure you document everything. Management is a bunch of crooks. Do not bother moving here. Cars get broken into on a nightly basis. Management takes no responsibility. The gate is never closed and their excuse is that residents are overriding the gate to stay open. The sprinklers are on all day and they want to bill the residents for it. Apts are not up to date and they keep hiring the rent. We have maintenance fees and they don't do anything at all. I will not be renewing my lease next year. Don't even bother with this place."

"I never do these type of reviews but In this case I have to because of how unprofessional and rude and nasty the manager and coworkers in that office. They are not helpful at all have an attitude like they hate there job. Not people friendly. My first time trying to move with my 2 kids and the experience is horrible. So sad how miserable the ladies there are. I booked an appointment at 10am which that was online I did go there early and she was like yea we don't open till 11am I told her I booked the appointment on line and she said yea idk what to tell you about that we are closed. People are already stress for unhappy people like them to make things more stressful. Then I took my lunch break to go for another time like she told me to do and still had to wait 45 minutes plus just to be talked to all rude and nasty. Super upset it's not okay. And they also don't answer phone calls. And now I'm looking at all the reviews and many people are saying the same things about management and there attitude. And I didn't even want to put a 1 star it just doesn't allow me to put 0 star."

"Since new management came this place has been worse than ever. Whenever I have maintenance issues i have to literally chase the guy that works here to come fix something as little than to replace the fridge light bulb that i even had to purchase myself because they never came but when i tried to put it on it did not work so i had to go out and chase him! NOW My kitchen sink is currently not working since last week. I've called multiple times, and nobody answers I sent a service request nothing I called the emergency line. And the tech said that he will come by on Monday today is Tuesday afternoon and still no one has been here to fix my sink! I can't clean the dishes i can't cook and the floor is all wet because of the kitchen sink. This is not how people are supposed to live and its embarrassing to even say."
