"I have lived here since 2019 never had issues when I first moved in Christina the past manager handled everything when she left it became a disaster work orders not completed timely, dishwasher broke never repaired I tried using it once and it flooded the apartment the maintenance manger is terrible very disrespectful,the office staff never answer the phone and sometimes when you go to the office it’s closed, never used the pool most of the times it’s closed, my air conditioner was malfunctioning they brought some portable fans many moon later came to fix my ac mind you it was the heart of summer.This is a safety issue my car was vandalized on May 17 th 2023,went to the office to report and asked for footage current manager told me she has No Time to check camera now she will call me when she has time never received a phone call now June 21st my car got vandalized again I call the office to ask for footage Manager is not in the office she is helping out at a sister building will call me back never received any call back. The staff who answered the call wasn’t very sympathetic when I explained the situation to her about my safety she said it’s not my fault your car was broken it I know it’s not but it’s just the response. I never been someone to complain I try to give time to resolve stuff especially with the staffing issues since covid but now it’s just terrible.I think my building is the worst people outside smoking, noise pollution since my time here I have seen so many people move out from my floor it’s ridiculous. Hope things can get better am just Frustrated and needs solution."

"Things starts at home right. So if management doesn’t care or really do some kind of effort after presenting a situation to then what can you expect to get as a client of theirs. Let me explain. We went to complaint once about how their tenant have been throwing trash and the worse yet, bloody pad to our yard (we lived residential next to it) and when we thought this taking care of , well, did NOT. This morning our dog was barking came to find out it was because he saw something that doesn’t belong in our patio, a car seat and an empty cup. Is they allowed this kind of tenants I cannot imagine how is living in there . Luckily, nobody have get hurt but it doesn’t mean it cannot happen. We get visitors, imaging someone doing just in the right moment and someone gets hurt. Because it has happened at any hour. One afternoon, a couple was parked in the other side of the fence, they were eating pizza, once they were done they threw the box to our yard. My wife was outside and saw this so she took the box and threw it right back and climbed the ladder (it was luckily placed to the wall at that time) and said something. The couple apologized. The funny thing is, there is a dumpster close by but the people decide to be so nasty and careless and to dumped everything on the other of the wall who happens to live residential people. Management, careless of the situation."
