"I’ll start with the positives and then get into the negatives for my review. For the positives: The club house is fun, they have coffee, a pool, and a pool table upstairs. But this closes at 6pm, so if you get off late then you cannot enjoy this. I think the clubhouse is the one and only redeeming feature. For the negatives: Living next to a lake is pretty, but it attracts bugs. There is a certain time of year that bugs look like the plague from the Bible, and I wish I was being dramatic. When you are touring and you see black spots on the wall that is dead bugs. Next, the amount of space in the apartment is minuscule, so if you are a minimalist then this is the perfect apartment for you. Also, Cars were also broken into A Lot, and I did not have very positive experience living here. You go outside your apartment and it is hot with bugs surrounding you. There are beautiful apartments just keep looking because this isn’t it. :)"
"Christian Nova is amazing!!! Answered my many questions without hesitation, extremely professional, kind, and made sure my move-in went smoothly/always checking in! Excellent service, warm and friendly staff…I’ve enjoyed my experience here so far. Would absolutely recommend!"
"Super nice apartments. Maintenance is fast to fix any issue, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The reason we moved here is the location and the staff. Christian gave us great advice for deciding which apartment and made the process easier."
"My favorite place I have ever lived!!! I was here for 3 years. I am only leaving because I am getting married. James King and the staff are outstanding. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance always came within 24 hours, and you can’t beat the beautiful location. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone! It truly was such a blessing to live here!!!!!"
