"Roaches nonstop. Massey comes out to spray, even more roaches. They come our of the air vent, thru the moldings, thru the door, thru any tiny Crack. Mold present in my apartment. My apartment has flooded 4 times in the 3 years I've been here. Bedroom carpet soaking wet from the neighbors apartment. Refrigerator has flying bugs coming out from it. Water heater broke and was without hot water for 7 days. Dishwasher flooded ruining the kitchen flooring now I have pieces of flooring missing, carpet has mold, baseboards are soft discolored from water damage, discoloration from rust water damage going down the walls. Carpet is frizzing from water damage. Amongst other things that occurred in the apartment. Living room windows leak when it rains, did I mention roaches? Mold? Bubbly ceiling from water damage. No heat, heater don't work. Amongst other things. It's crazy."
"Absolutely disgusting apartment complex. Nothing “homey” about it. Roaches are everywhere and they never come to spray. Even when they leave notes saying they are coming, they never do. Shootings, car theft, and murders. Do NOT bring your children here! Ghetto and slum lords . Roaches are so infested here they crawl on the walls on the OUTSIDE. If you want your car stolen, bugs crawling on you IN YOUR BED, or fear you or your family will be murdered, welcome!"

"This place is terrible. I came into the office to ask for availability and she immediately shut me down (light skin women). Their website has unit availability, but it’s just a marketing scheme to get to to pay the application fee. One of my friends lived here recently, so I thought I’d give it a try. She told me management is terrible…I didn’t believe her until today. She also said the roach problem is crazy. No amount of roach killer can take out them hood roaches. Anyways the lady messaged me acting like there was availability. Back to back shootings. Lol the price is decent if you are desperate. But you will regret staying here. Good luck…"
