"Not a safe place to stay anynmore. My front door was unlocked and lost stuff worth $3k. When complained to management that my front is unlocked(smart lock), they asked me to reach out to some company. This community is charging us a rent + other charges(smart home related) and cannot provide a safe front door lock to our house."

The appliances in the townhouses should be large than the appliances in the smaller units. But overall we love living in this community. The ladies in the front office are also pleasant to speak with as well. We are looking forward to there updates"
"This a wonderful, homelike environment without any of the headaches of being a homeowner. I had an a/c and plumbing issue this week. The amazing maintenance department had everything back to normal in less than a day. As a retiree, I can only encourage you to come take a look at everything this complex has to offer."
