"Beautiful place!! It’s very quiet, it’s not all for show either. Everything here works as they should, a very enjoyable place to live!! It’s also great for pets! The pet wash place along with the dog park is perfect."

"We have been residents for a little more than one year at this community. Our experience has been overall very comfortable. We feel safe coming and going each day. The staff takes pride in the maintenance and well being of all residents apartment homes. The ladies in the office always go above and beyond to assist and accommodate our needs and requests in a timely manner. The amenities are top notch and well maintained. We especially love the fitness center and the yoga classes are awesome! We recently upgraded to a two bedroom and renewed our lease, the new apartment is spacious and has a great view. I feel like we have made a great choice for my College Student and his first apartment."

"After a week so far so good. Had a couple of maintenance items that were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Downside is visitor parking. It’s always same cars taking up a majority or spaces leaving none or just a couple for true visitors. And if you let your visitors park in residential parking it WILL be towed even if there’s a ton of residential parking available. Wish I would have asked that question prior to moving in because it would have been a deciding factor. When I asked about it, I was told to have visitors park at a local business then I go pick them up. That’s not a real solution! ———————- Since posting this review, visitors parking has been addressed and is so much better! Thanks to Viridian for listening!"

"Great property. Well run. Best option in the Sanford/Lake Mary area!!! I own my own company, travel a lot for work and have leased from numerous apartment complexes in multiple states. I can honestly say that this is one of the better run properties that I've ever dealt with. It is a very nice property that is very well maintained. The maintenance requests are handled timely. Management communicates any information that residents need to know (events, reminders, policy changes, etc) continuously. What more can you ask for."
