"Apartments look good. Nice and clean. Beautiful swimming pool. But there are few dirty areas, dogs poop everywhere, no one follow guidelines to clean. Children park is very dirty. I can say here it is the worst children park I have ever seen any apartments community."

"We have been living at Lake’s Edge for the past almost three years and have absolutely loved it! The staff is always pleasant, maintenance always comes in within a reasonable amount of time, and the community over all is clean/nice. I’ve lived at other complexes and none have compared to living here. I especially enjoy the thought and care they provide to the residents with their monthly celebrations they put on for it just shows they care about and appreciate us. Thank you Lake’s Edge for being our home!!!"
"I just recently move into Lakes Edge and the move in process was phenomenal. The staff was polite, helpful, and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. The apartment was clean and ready for move in when I received my keys, all I had to do was just move my furniture in. The pool and gym are great! The surrounding shops, restaurants, and mall all within a 5 mile radius is a huge bonus as well."
"Great place to live! Highly recommend! Pet friendly. Good diversity. Reasonably priced. Good and well kept amenities. Friendly office staff. Close to shopping, restaurants, trails, medical, pretty much everything you need. I had a 1BR town home with a garage and loved it. There is ONLY one negative thing that I would say and its the upkeep/monitoring of the trash compactor."
