"I have been living here for almost two years and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Safe , clean, well maintained quiet community makes my days happy! Maintenance is amazing and respond quickly to any needs that pop up which if I am honest aren’t many since things are all done on a routine basis. The office staff is extremely attentive and super easy to work with on the rare occasion that I do need to reach out to them. Living here has made my life so much better. It’s like my own little private cottage with the perks of rental apartment living. Parking is always a breeze ! If I had to make a negative comment it would be the fact that there is only one bathroom.. being a former city girl I really enjoy the two bathroom perks especially when family and company are present !"

"Love loving here. Been here 3 years now and they have fixed every problem I've had. Jose is AWESOME! The maintenance guys are the best I've ever had in an apartment community, and the neighborhood is mostly calm and quiet. It's in a great school district also. Only complaint I have is how high they have raised the rent. It's unaffordable. They girl Mia at the front office hasn't been very helpful and never answers the phone, but the neighborhood itself it great."

"Awesome place to live. Very friendly w your pets. They keep you updated w neighborhood news and information regarding changes, maintenance, etc. The maintenance staff is by far the best you'll encounter any where in Tampa! Very responsive and helpful. Love the space in the backyard and ability to customize your inner space and outsides to conform to your wants and needs. All around stellar location to live and continues to update and get better!"

"You could not ask for a nicer place to live! Reasonable rates, close to everything on the north end of Tampa but far enough removed to provide a quiet and calm environment. The apartments are small but I also preferred "cozy". The office staff (Marie and Erin) are supportive and hands-on with great customer service and kindness. The maintenance staff (Angel) are super responsive to addressing any and all needs including coming out after hours to fix our A/C with no issues. The community is very dog-friendly with little yards in the back and a great walking circuit (Only wish there were sidewalks) via the roads and cul-de-sacs. The only reason we moved was to relocate to South Florida for work but if we had not we would have easily and without question renewed our lease and remained there. Thank you Deer Park team!"
