"Carrie at the front desk was incredibly rude. I called asking about information on rates and membership. She repeated over and over how everything I needed was on the website, trying to dismiss me. Then when I would ask where certain pieces of information are on the website, she said “oh that’s not on the website, you need to call during business hours for that,” or “I don’t have time to answer your questions”. You’re in the wrong line of work Carrie. I’ll stay somewhere 100 miles further away just so I don’t have to stay here."
