"Nice place to stay. Super friendly staff. Pet friendly, although I did think it was weird that they did a dna test on my dog so that they can know who isn’t picking up behind their dog…. but I get it. The gym could use a little attention, it doesn’t look like there’s been real changes or updates to the equipment in the past 3-4 years. The onsite garages are nice…. Tight squeeze for trailers, but still nice to have."

"I have since inherited a home & moved from the Iris but I loved living at the Iris & still visit on occasion as I’ve made friends at the Iris. The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly & I miss them too. On move in day, our moving company couldn’t get their truck in & Kimberly went & got her car & opened up the back gates so they could enter. We were recently invited to judge the Halloween costume contest. It’s like family. The maintenance staff is quick & knowledgeable. I give the staff the three Ps…. Professional, Prompt & Poised to help at any moment. It will be one year on November 1st that we moved but I’ll always visit to say hi to those I miss. Margaret Caruso"

"We just completed a 10 month stay at this apartment complex while we were building our new home. I’m not sure why anyone would give anything less than five stars. The staff, the maintenance team, and the cleanliness of the project, and the amenities are just superb. we actually embraced a couple of the star employees Mo and Darwin, who is led by the general manager, Angie . Kim, our agent helped us every step of the way, and always was pleasant and communicative. She was awesome. I’ll give an additional shout out to Mo again, we really liked him! If you’re considering a complex, do yourself a favor and take a look!"

"Although I have never resided at “The Iris”, I did have the pleasure of touring the community on 3 separate occasions. The hallways were well kept, the grounds were beautiful, the location to all the new and up and coming shops was great, and the rent cost compared to the area was relatively low as well. I didn’t have any concerns in touring the property and would have moved there if I didn’t end up deciding not to sell my current place closer to Downtown Tampa. I will consider living here in the future if I ever decide to rent again. The staff was very friendly and the only real concern I have viewed going through the reviews is about dogs/noise associated with them. I guess that might depend on who your neighbor is and unfortunately with being a renter it comes with the territory and wouldn’t deter me in the future."

"We love living here, it's quiet and tucked away from 54. The complex is beautifully landscaped and so is the drive to the complex. All our neighbors are quiet and respectful and the maintenance people are quick and get ahold of you promptly."
