"My honest review as a current resident: This place is TERRIBLE! Do not make the same mistake I made. Although the prices are decent the management is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. The property has been sold 3 times in the last year which says a lot. They do not care about the residents and will not respond to your emails about concerns for the community. The pool always has loud parties that run well past midnight and is ridden with people that trash the pool. The cops have been called numerous times to the pool to shut down parties but it keeps happening. The music and yelling will keep you awake all night if your building is close to the pool. The gates are also broken and anybody can come into the pool area. I have addressed this issue with management for over a year and nothing has been done. To exit the gym you need to go through the bathrooms since the original exit door is now broken (which has been broken for months; and yes I told them about this too) which makes it eerie for some women gym goers like myself that someone can be hiding in the bathroom trying to cause harm since the bathroom is sometimes dark. one resident I talked to avoids the gym now because she once saw a creep hanging around the area. The ONLY good thing about this property is the maintenance team. They are very reliable, professional, and attentive. They always get the job done right and in a timely manner."
"I am halfway though my lease here and I absolutely love it! The Property is beautiful and always clean, the leasing office staff are very kind and listen to everything and are very great with communication, and the maintenance team is so efficient and nice! I have zero complaints about this Apartment. I often see reviews with lower ratings at some apartments and the reviews are reflecting their experience with their neighbors. I feel that’s unfair to the complex. I personally haven’t had any major issues with neighbors here, but as far as this company and apartment complex, amazing!!! I will be resigning my lease here :)"
