"I moved in here towards the end of January. Let me first say the pricing here is AMAZING. Since I moved in I haven’t been able to try the amenities yet like the pool since it’s still cold but it’s clean and is always welcoming. The leasing office is so helpful with everything and i’m glad when Karen was still here she made everything simple. Thank you so much."

"This entire complex is beautiful. Karen and her staff are indeed a selling point. They are so sweet and helpful during the whole move in process and help with anything that comes up in the apartment. They always call before maintenance comes and very communicative about different things that come up in the community. The apartment itself and the amenities are beautiful! No complaints at all, just lots of praise. Karen makes sure that standards are high to create a good community. Maintenance crew is phenomenal as well. They are always outside making sure the amenities and common areas are pristine. Definitely worth living here."

"This place deserves more than 5 stars! My family and I have been stuck in the same apartments for 4 years, and we’ve been miserable! For the amount we have been renting we have been searching for a nice place like Maeva that’s new and upscale. But my credit and my wife’s isn’t ideal. We’ve applied to multiple places, losing so much money in fees that aren’t refundable if denied. No one has wanted to help us. We are just under the minimum credit threshold for upscale places and because of that we have been denied. I called Maeva, and spoke to Karen, told her our story and she made it happen for us! Karen was professional, kind, understanding and actually wanted to help our family to live in a better place. She makes you feel like family with her warm embrace. It’s because of her that we will be moving now in March when they open. It’s a blessing to know there are still good people in the world that show this type of kindness towards others, and gave us a chance! Karen rejoiced with us when she called us to tell us we were approved with conditions. This is the place I look forward to living in because of people like this who care about their jobs and making others happy. The place is brand new, beautiful and will be open soon! My family and I can’t wait. I will come back with an update once we’ve moved in and settled into our new place! But so far we are so excited to be calling Maeva as our new home.
