My last place didn't have that and horrible to bring groceries in during a summer shower. Tons of amenities that will meet any residents' needs. If you need a new home consider Altis Promenade. "Nightmare, My girlfriend is living there by 6 months but in the last month the A/C was broken twice, just 7 days of the month was working. She have been reported this problem on maintenance app and with the maintenance supervisor Andrew, she went to admin office and try to get some help to fix the problem but nobody give to her an a answer, even though she sent emails to the management person, she went to talk with the manager but the answer of this manager is “tomorrow will be fixed and you can not resign by Florida law because Altis provide a portable unit supplying the fuel unit, when this unit that they provide is too noisy as you can see on the video attached and I do not understand how can the manager said that this portable unit replace the fuel unit when the TEMP is in 86 F when the place is feeling cool” my girlfriend is totally frustrated and totally disappointed with this situation in this place. And when I suggest to the manager that could be Altis try to give some discount to the rent, for all this situation to completed one month without air, but nothing."
"I recently visited family over the holiday weekend. My family showed me around the property. When in the office looking at the amenities, Natalia greeted us promptly with a smile on her face. The grounds and complex are well kept, and I loved the floor plan of my families apartment home. Excited for the next visit with my family!"
"10/10 recommended! Office and maintenence are so kind and prompt. My pup loves running free in the amazing dog park. The pool is always clean and inviting! Best choice I've made in apartment living!"
