"For the prices that we are paying for this community, why are the gates always broken and open? There are many kids that reside and walk alone in this community who could come in contact with unauthorized and harmful people. I went to the leasing office on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1:13 PM. I was helped by Kia (Leasing Professional) who replaced Millye Lopez. Kia was so helpful to me about the replacement keyfob for our community."

"I love the neighborhood. The location is great it’s tucked away but still very close to shopping, restaurants and the expressway. If you live on the right side of the neighborhood you can see cows during the day. The pool, gym and club house are all great and up to date even though the apartments apartments are a little older. Maintenance is great, they fix things within 24 hours during the week. Only downfall is it’s a “gated” community but the gate doesn’t work and hasn’t for months!"

"I've been living here for over 7 years and it's been the best living experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. The leasing office is the best especially Nita, Mike & Lindsey! The maintenance are great and very quick with any issues I've had in the past. The amenities is a plus also as the pool is always clean & the layout is nice for privacy as well. Gym I use frequently and was also updated with new equipment & is also very clean! The community of people in this complex has always been friendly and helpful also so that makes day to day living a joy. I pass that along to any new neighbors I meet and keep the good vibes going. All in all I've enjoyed living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment complex to move to."

"Great community in a great location. Super close to shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away such that you get all the convenience without all the noise. The property is well maintained, and management takes the time to make sure residents are keeping their own spaces neat. Nice amenities and extra (free!) events such as wine tastings, food trucks and made to order omelet breakfasts scheduled throughout the year. Would recommend."
