"I have been staying in these apartments for about a year and a half now and I can say I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. The staff here never hesitate to go out the way to help when there are any questions or concerns, especially the office lady Maria. I recently moved to a bigger unit and with her help she made it very easy, fast and convenient. Very great attitude making her residents feel welcomed and not a bother. I always see her around the complex going over and beyond to keep up with the image, that should say more than enough! Would recommend these apartments for anybody in the area looking for something new."

"I've found a wonderful home at Turtle Creek and am enjoying my third year here.* Maria is both a kind and consummate professional, as is the entire staff. Maria made the leasing process flawless (literally). Jasmine was perfect, making my moving day a breeze. Being marginally handicapped, I needed help with one minor task upon moving in, and both Maria and Paula came by to assist. I've had only one maintenance issue thus far, and Mario and Hubert successfully addressed it that very day - in just hours. My health had taken a downturn last year, and I began to rely heavily on a rollator, and I found it easy to navigate the complex with it. Better yet, ease of access to the well maintained gym and pool has allowed me to heal and often just use a cane again! *This was very telling* I knew Turtle Creek Apartments was the right choice when I was greeted by my new neighbors who said they'd lived here for 11 years and love it. That said it all - a professional staff, a well maintained community, and great neighbors, too!"
