"I have lived here for 2 years. The apartments are very nice. However, I was told that if the market dropped my rent would match the market. Same if the market raised. Now they are offering $500 less in rent a month and refuse to lower my rent because of a “no decrease policy” that they refuse to show me in writing or in my lease. The management has continually threatened $25 fines in various group emails and always argue when you need help. They also advised me to get a door bell with a camera so that their people will use that when I’m not home. When I did, they still did not use the door bell and have walked in without notice because they have master keys. Disrespectful, screw you over, and won’t provide any proof. You can rent homes with more space, back yard, and garage for a better price than here. I highly recommend using other place that actually help their tenants!"

"I’ve lived here for several years and definitely recommend. Staff is pleasant, professional and easy to communicate with. Grounds are very well maintained. Fitness center and pool are amazing! Just a great place to live! Peaceful community. Great people. Rents are online with, if not lower than, others in the area and it’s much nicer here, in my opinion. Highly suggest checking them out if you’re looking for an apartment in the area."
