"Laundry facilities are good bathrooms available on site. Some mornings are a bit noisy with dogs barking. Is very quiet at night, easy to sleep. The office manager is friendly, but they do not hold packages."

"Waited 5 mo. deciding if I should write a review that was negative, waited to be sure it was not written with frustration or anger. I moved my newer RV (in excellent condition) to this location in June, 2022 and stayed until August, 2023, kept my space very clean and neat. Similar issues as others: 1) Porta potty's were VERY close to my RV (they smelled foul, often)... mail packages stolen, no use of clubhouse, washers n dryers usually broken. 2) Rent always paid early, for 12 mo. On my 13th mo. payment due was on a Sat. Office was closed for some reason, also closed Sun. & Monday was a holiday. Tues. am I left for work at 6am, got home at 3pm ready to pay rent to discover a note taped to my door, threatening to tow my RV, was fine to pay a 2 day late fee, but it was handled SO unprofessionally. 3) THIS PART WAS BEYOND ACCEPTABLE... I went away on vacation June 9 and apparently a HUGE round 15ft oak tree limb fell on my roof, June 10th and smashed roof in. (found out later that a kind neighbor taped a tarp over it, but it was very water damaged) NO CONTACT FROM MGMT and my RV was literally the 2nd one from office and they knew! Finally, June 20th (10 days later...with water damage and rainstorms) Mgmt called and left a message for me to call. The call went right to voicemail and I did not see the voicemail. On June 29 there was a bad storm noted on the news so I called the office on June 30th and asked if my RV was okay...... that is when they finally told me about the damage, causing my RV to be "Totaled" due to water damage. I did have insurance, but it only covers 70%, and RV prices went up too much to get a replacement, took my losses and moved on. I LOVED IT THERE WITH OLD MGMT, and neighbors were kind people! No bashing is my intent, that is why I waited to post... no anger. Just EXTREEMLY DISSAPOINTED WITH MGMT, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT. That was my experience at Suncoast RV Resort."

"Stayed here a week. First the positives: Very quiet at night & most of the daytime. Feels lush & natural with lots of trees. The rates were reasonable. Kathy in the office was very sweet. The regional manager returned my call after I left a voicemail on a Sunday saying I was on my way but didn't have a confirmation email. Found that my email address was spelled wrong & resent it. Great nature walks & bike trail within 20 mins. Negatives: Tight roads between rows of sites. Sites (at least the pull-throughs) were short & narrow. Very difficult to maneuver into my spot. Tow vehicles & cars parked side by side with trailers making it cramped. Wi-Fi was non-existent, even with 3 sources they were too weak to connect & too slow to load anything off you could connect. Raised concrete pad for outdoor rec area was a problem positioning the trailer on the tight limited space just so, to be able to have the stairs find down completely & not obstruct the door closing."

"The ONLY good thing about this place is location. I'm new to full time camper life, and sadly this was only place available at the time. When I first arrived I was told I could be a permanent resident, 3 months in, I was told I couldn't be. They said 180 days is maximum by law, then you have to leave for 30 days and can return for another 180. Many people reside there year round in travel trailers, RVs and campers that look like they should have been condemned 20 years ago. My lot rent changed WITHOUT warning (written, verbal, carrier pigeon, message in a bottle or biplane banner) by a substantial amount, which when I ended up leaving was DOUBLE the original amount! No bathrooms near pool, where do you think all those people go? "Clubhouse" is dilapidated and closed, but there is a screened in type building with books and a pool table from the late 80's. There are washers and dryers now, however only 2 out of 6 washers work and even those are usually not working. The grounds are not maintained I regularly had to ask for my tiny lot to be mowed. Speaking of tiny lots, knowing I have children I was placed on the smallest lot that fit my 31' camper with about 6' to spare for parking, plus I was on main outter road. Rules are in place but only had to be followed by me. I NEVER had a complaint against me and not one late payment. They never return calls but will answer emails and there's never anyone in the office. There's no proof of registration, inaccurate answers to questions and they cannot prove electric meter readings so you pay whatever they say you owe. Even if it's triple the amount from the last year same month. I was always listed on wrong lot number on any notifications that staff left for everyone regarding rules they do not enforce. Which seems a little bit shady. Unkept palm trees, noseums that resemble pardyctlyls and let's not get started on the flooding during a normal Florida rain. I was flooded in or out too many times to count and they did nothing to rectify it despite my requests. There are two options for storage outside and "secure". One time I was able to use the outside, the next time the "secure" lot which I was given two different prices for on the same day. By secure they mean a gate just big enough to fit through to an overgrown lot that doubles as a junk yard with old appliances and furniture. The same secured lot I was inconveniently locked out of when I needed to get to my camper. The lock issue was corrected the next day, however that's not when I wanted/needed to get to it. What if I wasn't local and couldn't return the next afternoon? Dog friendly yes, if you have paperwork on the exact day they are eligible due to age for a county tag. Dog park is a run down, maybe 15x15 dirt pit with fleas. If you're staying one or two nights in the cooler weather it'd be ok. They are discriminatory and favor the permanent residents that are apparently residing illegally according to their own beliefs. Looking back it was just as well they believe. It has not been updated since it's opening in 1987 and it shows. The roads are filled with potholes I'm not even sure how large rigs maneuver the narrow turns, I was on the corner and had to move my car multiple times from my lot to avoid being hit, and while doing so was told I would get a violation for parking on a vacant lot! The park used to be full, it's now practically empty. Management is severely lacking in all departments. I left with a credit balance on my account as well as my security deposit, which I assume after this review I'll never get back. So, in conclusion I'd drive through first and varify rates get them in writing and keep meticulous records of your electric meter readings. I almost never leave reviews, and I most certainly have never left a 1 star review, however, I feel scammed and feel other potential vacationers and part time residents should be cautious about staying here."

"Very good location. Pet friendly, swimming pool and shade! Well kept, clean and friendly. Close to Walmart and a variety of other stores, gas stations, pawn shop and restaurants. Nice community. Glad we decided to stay here."
