"Don’t move here! They only respond to maintenance requests when it’s convenient for them and still mention they don’t fix the issue. Luckily, I had already fixed it myself a few days after they NEVER came back in JULY when I placed the request."

"We lived in these apartments for 4 years. As a member of the military, as well as retired military, I have lived in numerous places around the country, but none had as bad a management crew as these apartments. They took over 2 years into a 4-year stay there, the old management team had been very effective, but the new management people were horrible with customers, pretty rude, they would barely look at you or respond when you went in to talk to them no matter what the subject. Once they closed the pool down for about 2 months because they said some kids went into the bathroom and smoked weed. I'm not sure why they closed the pool to everyone in the apartment complex because of that but that was the reasoning they gave, it was ridiculous that part of their rent included the pool and then they close it for dumb reasons, and that wasn't the only time, but that was probably the weirdest reason to close a pool ever. They also raised the rent $100 to $200 every year when we renew our lease, that's why we finally left, because it was ridiculous how much rent we were paying for two small bedrooms. But in all the time I was there, they never once responded to an email that was sent to them, not once. Apartment itself was pretty decent and we liked the neighbors that we had but pretty much everyone had the same opinion of the management there. It's Florida so I guess they know they don't have to treat people well that live there because it's not like they can't get other renters when someone moves out. I would recommend not renting an apartment here unless you absolutely have to."

"Hello . I do not live here but I do deliveries here in the evenings for food. The apartments look beautiful from the outside but the problem is none of the buildings have proper lighting on numbers of the buildings. They need more lighting in the parking lot. And the numbers need spot lights or solar lights to make sure people know where the apartments are for visitors. Thank you"

"Don't waste your time. Property manager is very rude and thinks she can belittle anyone and get away with it. Tried charging me for things from 2 years ago by adding it on my monthly rent. Illegal to add retroactive charges from their mistake and violating the lease. I've been waiting 2 years for the vinyl floor to be fixed that is coming up at the seams. Nothing I did, contractors fault. They keep closing work orders as duplicate and not completing the work. I keep copies of EVERYTHING from work orders to emails in case I have to go to court. Also don't bother trying to call the corporate office Watkins they don't answer or return your phone calls. Property manager is constantly trying to violate the lease agreement. If you aren't paying attention to your charges she will take you to the cleaners."

"This has been a very bad experience. We moved here recently from a outdated complex looking for a new apartment that was more upgraded. Agora seemed to fit the picture until the day I moved in when I found out this place was a nightmare! The very first day I moved into a apartment that was not cleaned, painted or taken care of at all prior to my move in. On top of all of that the entire apartment reeked of cigarette smoke as if someone had been smoking inside the apartment for years! The pictures below are the conditions I was forced to move into. Agora's manager apologized and attempted to fix everything but nothing is fixed at all. Did not even compensate me in any way financially or comp my rent for their horrid mistakes. Supposively they've used a special machine that kills the smoke smell in my apartment but I can tell you two months later there is still a odor in my unit. I was told there was nothing else they could do. In fact a friend had asked me the other day at work why my clothes smelt like smoke. How embarrassing! Fast forward to 2 months in and the other problems I have encountered. Ants, Cockroaches and Mold everywhere! I've been having to wipe all my exterior windows down weekly with bleach due to mold growing on the inside. I put two maintenance tickets in for maintenance to fix the dated windows that are literally taped together on the outside and all they did was wipe my windows down for me. After putting in a second maintenance ticket in to take care of this again, the maintenance guy wrote that it was my fault there was mold because my air conditioner was not on. Excuse me? I'm suppose to run my AC when its 50 degrees outside... no. How insulting! Next thing is the bugs! There are ants everywhere in this apartment! We are very clean people, deep cleaning three times a week. There are ants coming in from all the exterior windows, I just discovered them in my master bedroom closet and Infant sons bedroom window. I put in a ticket for pest control and ants/bugs still persist. Maybe if they replaced these old windows ants wouldn't be able to get in hmmm.... Next thing is cockroaches. I have found several cockroaches crawling in this apartment day and night and am now finding baby ones. This place is clearly infested. Another issue is the walls are so thin you can hear everything. I have a neighbor above me that I can hear all times of the day and night. Any movement this person makes wakes me up out of my sleep at night because it is so loud due to the thin walls/ceilings/floors. I can literally hear them talking that's how thin the walls are. To think I am paying extra money to be downstairs for this "luxory". The pricing here is ridiculous too. As a mother of two young children I have so many regrets on moving here. I am concerned for my children's health with the mold and bugs, in which the complex just does not show any regard to, as you can tell with other reviews on here aswell. If I could go back in time and erase the mistake of moving here I would. This whole experience has ruined apartment life for me. I wish we had stuck with the outdated complex we were in prior, not only was it cheaper, it was taken care of. I am disgusted with this place. DO NOT move here."
