"We checked in at 8:00 pm on 1/12/24 and had the best customer service. The lady was so nice and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Staff like her are the reason we choose you for our business travel needs. I wish I had her name. I'd love to forward our experience to the owner."

"The staff was amazing extremely polite, courteous and helpful the morning crew serving breakfast was absolutely amazing better service than I’ve experienced staying at $300 a night hotels. I would recommend an update on the beds as they were not comfortable. However the hospitality made up for it. The location was great easy access to the friends and family we were visiting and the lobby was very neat and orderly. A big plus would be to put Keurig in the rooms which would enhance the morning copy experience."

"Very nice! We were upgraded to suite and we were so grateful! Beautiful room that was very large. Big wonderful bathroom with tub. The TV needs to be bigger but that is the only issue. Staff was helpful and sweet. Breakfast was delicious! Very clean."

"While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are VERY clean. It was obvious management takes room cleanliness seriously. While the shower was finicky, it didn't detract from excellent experience my wife and I had. No stains on carpet, hallways clean and not smelly, no annoying buzzing from the icemaker. The cherry on top was the breakfast experience. Joyce, who runs the complimentary breakfast, takes her job seriously. The food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. The food service area was VERY clean and Joyce could be seen cleaning up crumbs, serving utensils, or tables in the dining room. She clearly understands how to please people. Most would just eat and leave. But if you watch, it becomes apparent she 'owns' the area. So you ask why is this important? It's important because hotel management clearly cares for its staff and patrons. Highly recommend this property."
