"I lived in this place for almost a year and while I was there, it was a nice little place. You tend to have transients come and go all the time. You have a few regular residents. The room are very very tiny. It's not at all meant for a family or more than two people. It's meant for a couple/partners who can share a bed and small space. Just a bed a night stand a small dresser and a TV in the bedroom. And a tiny table and two chairs for the kitchen. And it has a small closet. And it was also on the pricey side for how small it was. But like I said it's only meant for short term."
"This place is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t live here if you paid me. I know some people that moved in today. The Apartment they pay almost $900 a month for is hazardous, it’s very dirty, blinds messed up holes in the walls and floors the stove smells like soemthing dead when you turn it on. This place don’t even deserve one star but it wouldn’t let me write a review unless I selected a star."
