"Horrible week long ordeal. Changed rooms more than once. Pool was clean. One towel for a week. Bring your own sheets. Better yet, go anywhere else. A literal ditch would be a luxury upgrade."
"Went in twice and asked for blankets. I just checked in and never been there before. There was nothing but a thin sheet on the bed. Eventually I got angry and asked for a refund. You're going to charge me a cancellation fee? Because your customer service sucks? Because you thought I was going to be okay with nothing but a sheet on a really nasty mattress? If I have to make you give me blankets, you don't deserve my hard earned money. I will go elsewhere. Better believe I will be disputing this scum lord!"
"Absolutely disgusting. Prices change depending on who you are speaking to. Staff needing to administer narcan to other guests. Prevalent drug use is obvious to everyone. Screaming, yelling, fighting between guests all the time. Police visits on the regular. Pool is nice, when it's open. Roaches everywhere, including the microwave. Maintenance guys are definitely an asset. Tammy is by far the best employee they have. Keith is also good at his job, and cares. Other housekeepers were friendly, and tried to do their jobs the best they could, with what they were working with. Would not stay here, unless absolutely necessary."
"I have stayed at several hotels but the staff here is by far the hardest working people I've ever seen. The care they put into there guests is outstanding!! The rates are great buts the the people that work here that make it worth the stay! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a place to stay!!"
"Dear Miss Dee, I’ve stayed at your property at least 15 nights, and I would just like to tell you how happy I am with the service that your staff provides, the cleanliness of the rooms and again how accommodating your stuff is while checking in or during my stay. Whenever I’m coming to Port Richey, your hotel is the first one that I check availability as everyone makes us feel like home away from home. Thanks again for your excellent staff, the affordable room rate and for making it feel like home. Thank you."
