"Rude and unprofessional staff, with poor tenant care. Office staff have zero reasoning or compassion, and conflict one another regarding what they can and cannot do for tenants. Violated lease on multiple occasions, tried to wrongfully penalize tenants in good standing, and has a history of wrongful evictions. Walls are thin, bugs are everywhere, piping keeps breaking and causing water damage, mold issues go unaddressed, and building interiors are heavily damaged. Never rent here if you can avoid it. Update: New staff can be helpful, if you can get a hold of them. The trade off is that maintenance is now incredibly hard to get. You'll wait months on end for basic repairs. Toilet broke? Office staff take the "You still have one more... It can wait." approach. AC went out? "You'll have to wait until we can get to you." When temperatures are high, that's dangerous for tenants and exposes them to risk of heat stroke. The risk of hazards from water damage and floods is so high, they now charge tenants for insurance specifically for this purpose. Smoke detectors have begin to go off randomly, and the smell of burning randomly appears without any action by tenants. They haven't sent out a professional electrician to check the properties for years to ensure there are no risks of issues."

"I can’t say much because I’m still on a waiting list , looked nice from the demo office I wish there was a way to tell how far away I am from getting into an apartment but off to a good start from just putting an application in I’ll update when and if I do get into one. UPDATE: I did receive an opening in January but I didn’t unfortunately have the down payment I’ve looked at one and it is mirrored cute apartment hoping to receive something soon or else I’d have to take my money and find something elsewhere the wait is a killer"
