"My job relocated me to Panama City last year and I've been a resident since April of 2023. My personal moving-in experience was very smooth. The property manager processed everything quickly and I was able to move-in within 3 days of applying. The unit is open and very spacious. I am also lucky to live in a building with great neighbors who are all polite and very respectful. My personal experience with the property manager is phenomenal. She is kind, professional and extremely responsive to e-mails and phone calls. I've personally only had one issue with my unit (microwave died after a storm). The maintenance team was quick to respond to my maintenance request and I had a new microwave within 24hrs. 5 stars for a stellar manager, responsive maintenance team, and very spacious floor plan."
