"Been seeing roaches in my apartment since moved in. There will be one roach then another one in another spot. I told manager and she was post to get someone to come and spray which never came. I still see roaches in apartment had one crawl on me while asleep. No matter how many roaches I kill more still will come out one at a time and I not used to staying in a place where I can’t get rid of roaches. Electric plugs don’t work either never gotten fixed after telling manager. Don’t move here worst apartment I ever stayed in."

"My sister rented an apartment here and lived with black mold for 9 months. Slowlaunda in the front office was no help. Her ceiling actually fell through when I was staying one weekend! Mold everywhere, she blamed it on steam from cooking, and not changing the air filter. Yeah okay slowlaunda!! We had to pay $575 for a black mold test to be ran for her to get out of this hell hole they call turtle trace! No they didn't offer to refund that either. So if you wanna live under a slumlord and cut time off your life move on in! I talked with people around the complex mold wasn't just in her unit. They painted over mold before she moved in so I know the next person will have the same black mold. Slowlaunda needs to lose her job!! And honestly haley residential needs to be sued. Anyways don't live here they suck!"

"Older apartments, small kitchen. But good size living room, dining room and bedrooms. My girlfriend (now wife) and I lived in for a year in a second floor, two bedroom apartment. The master bedroom had the biggest closet we've had in any master bedroom. Jack and Jill style bathroom (Sink and toilet accessed from the hall, shower/tub in the middle , sink and toilet accessed from the master). No washer/dryer hookup in the unit. Rent was what it was. Office was ok to work with."

"I've live here since 2017, I love it here and the staff is great. I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the office, they go above and beyond for the residents and they maintenance staff is always here to help. Great apartments, great location and very quiet."

"I lived here for almost 2 years. When I first got there, things were not so bad. I noticed there was an area above the sliding glass door that was leaking and notified maintenance. After almost 2 years, they never fixed it. I submitted dozens of work requests, called, emailed etc. and still nothing was done. Linda with the management office (super rude by the way with a constant attitude) had the gall to tell US to do something to control the leak. It was no small leak either. It would dump a few GALLONS of water into the apartment if it rained hard. My wife and I had to engineer a system to catch the water (pictures of the leak and the system we set up below). Now they have an agency trying to collect "damages" from us for the leak they refused to fix! If I could give them zero stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague."
