"UPDATE: I posted this review back when I had just moved in. The amenities are actually great, but overall it’s a horrible place to live. The walls are super thin and so many people smoke weed. They let anybody live there. I got a room with someone who was 16 years older than me and she was nice, but it just made me uncomfortable. Then I got moved to a room with people who smoked and stayed up super late every night. The walls are so think you can’t sleep through it. I’ve loved it so far!! The amenities are very nice. They are great with handling mail and packages. Staff has been very sweet. The walls are very thin though! Overall it’s been very nice."

"Probably one of the worst staff I’ve ever seen. Very rude and not helpful at all the whole time I lived there they would charge for random little things. Goodluck if you have a maintenance issue they have one maintenance guy and he doesn’t even fix anything you’d be lucky if he even makes it to your unit. Overall I don’t recommend also be ready for hundreds of charges when you move out even if you deep clean it and made it look nicer then it did when you moved in!"

"This is my full honest review of Seminole Landing. For someone just entering college and figuring out their finances and how apartments and everything works. I would like to give you a few tips before staying here. First and foremost, if you can, know your roommates. See if any of your friends are staying there or people you already know. When I first moved into the apartments, I thought I chose the 4 bedroom with 4 roommates and individual rooms and I was very surprised when I walked in to two bedrooms and two people to a room. My first set of roommates cause me major problems and I moved out 5 month of being there. I was then in the same layout room and it was a miracle that my next roommates were black women like me and one of them also moved rooms because of a similar situation. I was very lucky to bond with them and now cal them my sisters. The second tip is to take pictures of EVERYTHING before moving in. When I renewed my lease, I ended up sharing a room with a different person whose roommate previously moved out (my two other roommates went back home for personal reasons). She informed me that she was supposed to move out and was not going to renew her lease but circumstances changed and she had to stay because she went on vacation to see her parents and could not move out in time of the move out date. She later explained that she was not given any notice that I was moving in and had no time to clean. There were no cleaning crew that came in and cleaned while she was on vacation so I moved into a partially clean and already full place so there was not much space to move my stuff in the kitchen. I failed to take pictures of the room I was in, but I did notice the previous person who was in my room left a few things and the walls were not cleaned. Simple wear and tear that was not fixed prior. I cleaned out the room myself because I had COVID upon entering and did not have any energy or motivation to try and complain. When it was close to moving out, my roommate already left and I had to do the rest of the cleaning that she left behind. I had no help so cleaning an apartment from two people leaving stuff behind is much more tedious. After move out, I received an email for the final statement. The apartment manager charged me almost 400 for the cleaning fee, the trash fee, wear and tear, repainting, blinds, carpet cleaning, and common area cleaning. It was very frustrating because they charged me for all of the previous tenants damages on top of mine. I emailed them my frustration and they told me that because I had no pictures or proof, there was nothing they could do. They also made a mistake and overcharged me as well and did not inform me until I compared my charged with my past roommates. So, if you are planning to move in here, please take all of the possible precautions so you do not get scammed out of your money and you can feel safe in knowing that when you do leave they will not overcharge you. I also had minor maintenance issues, so just another tip, before putting in a maintenance request, take a picture and a video of before and after, because sometimes they do not fill the maintenance request they just say they do to get it out of the way."

"The people in the front desk are amazing! They are very helpful, sweet and friendly. I would give this place a 5 starts but I wasn't happy to find out that The real apartments are not like the model they showed me in the tour. There are no colored walls, no curtains in the living room, no rug, no wall decor. Only a blue couch, center table and TV on a table. 1 vanity with 2 sinks for 4 people. Very cold feeling. It would be nice to have a rug on the TV room, curtains and something pretty on the walls. Thank God management and costumers service are great!"
